Blatant Example of Leftist Media Authoritarianism Subverting the Democratic Order
Laws and Standards Mean Nothing to Radical Leftist Actors Unless They are being Weaponized into Partisan Law-Fare Against Their Perceived Enemies
I am writing this post to bring to your attention my concerns regarding a recent Wired article titled “The WIRED Guide to Protecting Yourself From Government Surveillance.” This article encourages actions that could obstruct lawful law enforcement activities, such as deportations, by advising readers on how to evade government oversight. Such guidance could be seen as an attempt to subvert immigration law enforcement which raises serious legal and ethical concerns.
Obstructing the enforcement of immigration laws, particularly actions that thwart deportations, could be considered obstruction of justice. Any effort to deliberately undermine law enforcement, particularly aimed at criminal activities, could lead to significant legal consequences for those involved.
In Wired’s article titled “The WIRED Guide to Protecting Yourself From Government Surveillance” this devolved propaganda rag is supporting the obstruction of justice in open defiance of an overwhelming electoral mandate to deport illegal migrants and secure our national sovereignty.
The article’s heading clearly reveals the intent to subvert law enforcement:
“President-elect Donald Trump has promised to deport millions of undocumented immigrants. He’s vowed to jail his political foes and journalists. A Republican-controlled government could further restrict abortion and transgender rights. Influential conservatives have called for a crackdown on left-leaning activist groups, a replay of Trump’s hardline attitude against protesters in his first administration.
To carry out all of those spoken and unspoken threats, the incoming Trump administration and Republicans in Congress will tap into—and may very well expand—the American government’s vast surveillance machinery, and they appear poised to use it more than any administration in recent US history.”
It’s appalling to see Wired Magazine promote measures that effectively help conceal illegal activities from government oversight, all while cloaking these efforts as “privacy protection.” It’s transparent that their so-called guidance on avoiding surveillance is less about individual freedom and more about enabling partisan operatives to evade accountability.
All citizens that are committed to upholding the rule of law must take an active stance against such biased attempts to conceal illegal activities. This includes carefully monitoring outlets like Wired that promote tactics to evade government oversight. If these methods are suspected of being used to hide illegal activities, individuals must promptly report this misuse to relevant authorities including local law enforcement, immigration agencies, and federal oversight bodies. By doing so, the public can ensure that illicit actions aren’t shielded by partisan agendas under the guise of privacy protection.
It’s crucial to recognize that the American electorate has overwhelmingly supported policies prioritizing the tracking and deportation of illegal migrants. This mandate reflects the public’s desire for secure borders and adherence to immigration laws, aiming to restore order and ensure that resources are allocated to legal residents. Efforts by media outlets like Wired to undermine government surveillance of illegal activities directly contradict this democratic consensus and shows a disregard for the will of the people and the nation’s interest in upholding the rule of law.
Furthermore, Wired specifically criticized Nebraska police for engaging in lawful surveillance of illegal activity, particularly in a case involving a 28-week abortion, which is considered full-term. This critique underscores the need for media transparency and accountability. As the actions of the Nebraska police were in line with state law, public initiative codifying a 12-week abortion ban, and the enforcement of lawful surveillance. As a Nebraskan, this attempt at subversion strikes right here at home.
